includes one annual condition survey and
remedial repair recommendations. For a minimal

Cycle Roof Maintenance Program, the Silver
Medallion Plan includes two (2) annual roof
condition surveys and comprehensive reports
(prepared using state-of-the-art roofing
database management software), detailed
recommendations/priorities/budgets, semi-annual
clean-up, minor maintenance items, and two
no-cost leak service calls per year. This
program provides preventative maintenance
combined with Service Protection, Remedial
Maintenance, and Roof Management will prolong
the life of your roof, preventing premature roof
failure and limit consequential damages due to
unexpected roof problems. |
